Meet Josh
Having starting my running journey in Covid as a release from being stuck inside the house soon turned into something more than that. Two years ago, I started taking running seriously. After running 2:49 in my marathon debut in 2025, I committed fully to improving every area of training, recovery, nutrition and discipline. My journey led to a 2:31 marathon in just 12 months and I'm here to share my proven methods with you. I believe that with the right guidance and dedication, every runner can achieve their personal best.
